Whittier Film Festival

Interested in helping with the Whittier Film Festival? Do you want to get involved somehow?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Whittier Film Festival. The festival will be running on a Friday and Saturday, March 7th and 8th. We are looking for eager individuals to help in the areas of box office, ushering, administration, theatre operations, special events, etc.

What volunteers should expect:
- Courteous and friendly staff members
- 3 hour shift(s)
- 1 ticket, good for any screening, for every shift you work
- Free volunteer's t-shirt to be worn for the entire duration of your shift

What we expect from volunteers:
- Courteous and friendly attitude. You are representatives of the festival and the right attitude will help ensure both you and our guests will have a pleasant experience.
- To arrive on your shift on time, dressed appropriately (no open toe shoes or sandals), and ready to work. If you are going to be late or cannot make your shift, please contact the volunteer coordinator.
- Be familiar with screening venues and events
